I got a call today from a man that said he was working for the department of financial investigation. He keeps telling me that he will take legal action if I don't give a message to one of my friends. I have know idea what this guy is talking about but I think he's a scammer.

Unknown caller. I answer it but then the person hung up. More then 3 times a week!

it was upsetting & now I'm really worried because I actually HAD applied for a car loan, and I gave them my information...don't know what to do now...

Called and would not identify the company, was trying to reach my brother, and I would not give his information such as phone number. I talked to my brother and he has no debts not paid.

Black man called me from this number claiming he was calling from a public phone in Manhattan, NY...Never seen such number anywhere in New York State....Like many above, I called back and got busy signal...still asking myself could it be possible?

Some person with the name Ruby Williams (an alias) says she with the department of investigations for California and I owe some money to someone and she needs my attorney's number. This is call center in Indian, you can hear a bunch of other people talking in the background. I am going to report her and this number to the attorney general's office in California and in the state I live in. They are scam artists

Calls at least twice a day. No one speaks but after a few seconds they hang up. Been going on a month now. They somehow got my cell phone number which is costing me minutes every call.

Left me a voice message stating his name was Mark Peterson from some investigation company. Couldn't understand him because of his accent or trying to fake his voice. Didn't listen to his whole message because of his talking but I archived it to report it to the proper authorities.

I got a call from this number at 7:21pm and was on the phone, so I didn't pick it up. No message was left and when I tried to call it back, an operator message told me that the call could not be placed due to telephone systems problems. I DON'T want to be bothered by repeated phone calls from this number. I am a cancer patient, a survivor of domestic violence and a single mother of a small child.

Called us 5 times now within 10 days even though their number is blocked. If this is truly Sears calling about warranty, I hope Sears is reading these reports because I won't ever buy another product from Sears as a result of this annoying telemarketing - that's the honest truth. Never again will I shop at Sears. The only company that comes close to being worse than Sears in terms of aggressive telemarketing like this is The Brick. They, too, lost all of our future business.

Get calls from this number once or twice a day. Voicemail is a recording and I only catch the very end of it.

scam call. called from some type of a building co trying to collect a debt that was not mine. called at 9 pm. was asking weird ss# questions and ages misc. was a female voice and was very rude.
